摘要：本论文以2011年奥巴马政府发表的国情咨文为语料，探讨奥巴马国情咨文中的隐喻表达入手.重点浅析了四个主要的概念隐喻：旅程隐喻、建筑隐喻、竞争隐喻和斗争隐喻。这些隐喻反映了奥巴马对待不足不同的侧重点和突显面，隐喻背后的隐喻框架，以及隐喻的功能。概念隐喻下的每一分类下展现其各个方面属性的隐喻并归纳出一个个自成一体的小系统。最后在浅析基础上总结出了这几大类隐喻形成的连贯性系统，主要以赢得未来为交集。本论文所采取的论述是莱考夫和约翰逊的概念隐喻论述。通过对其的浅析，我们可以解读奥巴马如何利用隐喻把抽象的政治不足具体化形象化，以便于公众接受。隐喻的利用不仅起到对政治观点加工筛选，对大众的激发说服和增强美国人的凝聚力的功能；以而更好地把握美国奥巴马政府自上台以来出现的政治社会不足，取得的成绩及其面对的困难的实质和奥巴马政府系统的对策和方针。关键词：概念隐喻论文连贯性论文奥巴马论文政治论文
