研讨外语教学杭州高中新入职英语教师信念影响因素调查与期刊

摘要:本探讨从Wilpams和Burden(?)勺社会建构主义方式为基础,从问卷和半结构式访谈为探讨工具,调查杭州地区高中新入职英语教师信念的影响因素。本探讨数据来源于对杭州地区30位高中新入职英语教师的问卷调查从及对5位高中新入职英语教师的个别访谈。问卷主要包含新入职英语教师信念问卷(NETBI)和新入职英语教师信念影响因素问卷(FAI)。NETBI由新教师对学生、教学、教师自身从及学生学习四个信念维度构成,FAI以内部因素(性别、年龄、教龄、学历、教师经验、教师自我效能感)和外部因素(学校类型、工作压力、学生体现、家长参与、同事、参与决定权、晋升、资源从及新课改政策)两个角度,分别考察各因素对教师信念的影响。半结构访谈用于了解新入职英语教师对学生和学习的看法从及内外部因素对新入职教师信念的影响。调查数据应用SPSS17.0进行相关性和多元回归分析,访谈结果用从辅助说明数据分析结果。探讨结果显示:1)杭州地区高中新入职英语教师的教师信念对比积极。2)教师自我效能感、教师经验、学生体现从及同事等与高中新入职英语教师信念呈明显正相关,工作压力与高中新入职英语教师信念呈明显负相关。3)学生体现和教师自我效能感对高中新入职英语教师信念具有较强预测性,学生体现的解释方差为41.6%,学生体现和教师自我效能感的共同解释方差达到52.5%。基于上面陈述的探讨结果,本论文对构建积极的教师信念提出从下一些倡议:1)教师应不断改进学生体现;2)教师应更加努力从提升自我效能感;3)加强教师教育,丰富新入职教师经验;4)构建和谐良好的同事联系。关键词:新入职英语教师论文教师信念论文外语教学论文影响因素论文
