摘要：近年来，一系列的食品安全事故引发了人们对食品安全不足的深切关注，政府也在重新审视这一联系国家公共安全的民生不足。为此，相关的法律、标准等食品安全议题随之应运而生，如：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及《2011年食品安全重点工作安排》等。目前，关于食品安全不足的探讨论文及著作不胜枚举，但更多的学者是以食品专业角度出发，对当前食品市场近况进行浅析。鉴于作为社会实践形式的语篇在社会生活中的重要作用，本论文将运用语篇浅析视角，以社会语言和社会文化两个角度展开对中国食品安全语篇建构历程的讨论。在此基础上，“话语秩序”和“作为社会实践的语篇”将作为本论文的论述背景，“语篇历史探讨策略”、“语体浅析”和“民族策略学会话浅析”视为本论文的策略论依据，语料则主要来自两届食品安全高层论坛。通过对两届论坛中的话语秩序、组织结构、公共领域的话语以及体裁结构的解读，本论文发现政府话语在当今中国食品安全的建构方面发挥了主导作用，在呈现不足的同时，将更多的话语量集中于政府在食品安全建构方面所做出的努力，以及企业在食品安全生产方面所应履行的标准，以而引导消费者重树对中国食品行业的信心；通过对论坛中访谈环节的转录发现，话轮转换、相邻语对、话题制约以及序列组织倾向于政府主导，企业话语、媒体话语和专家话语均不同程度地服务于政府话语。总体来说，对这次食品安全的议题，政府话语发挥了核心作用，处于主流话语的地位，而公众话语则处于相对边缘地位。在政府主流话语的引导下，企业话语、媒体话语和专家话语倾向于政府意向下的中国食品安全建构。由此，我们发现，主流话语和公众话语在话语权上的不对称建构了中国政府引领消费者重树对中国食品行业信心的努力和尝试，体现了和谐社会的理念。关键词：语篇浅析论文社会文化浅析论文社会语言浅析论文访谈话语论文民族策略学会话浅析论文
