摘要:
目的:了解永州地区致病菌的种属分布及耐药状况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物,有效制约感染,降低耐药菌株产生提供科学依据。策略: 收集永州市第四人民医院2011年1月1日至2014年3月31日临床标本分离出的2208株细菌鉴定及药敏结果。结果: 最常见为大肠埃希菌,占 24.59%,其它依次为白假丝酵母菌、肺炎克雷伯肺炎亚种、铜绿假单胞菌、金葡萄球菌、热带假丝酵母菌、表皮葡萄球菌、阴沟肠杆菌 、溶血葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌等;主要革兰氏阴性细菌对阿莫西林、哌拉西林、头孢噻吩有较高的耐药率;白假丝酵母菌对5-氟胞嘧啶和霉素的敏感率分别达98.22%和97.72%;金葡萄球菌对青霉素和庆大霉素的耐药率分别高达98.37%和94.35%。非发酵革兰阴性菌中的铜绿假单胞菌对阿莫西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢呋辛、头孢噻吩、头孢西丁100%耐药,鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢呋辛、头孢噻吩、头孢西丁100%耐药,嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对除复方新诺明以外的试验抗生素基本耐药.结论: 医院需进行细菌耐药性监测,及时掌握细菌耐药的最新动态,以提高抗生素的合理使用率。

【Abstract】
