摘 要 目的：探讨护理干预对前列腺汽化电切术患者心理状况的影响。策略：2012年1月-2013年10月收治行前列腺汽化电切术的良性前列腺增生患者114例，随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理，试验组利用护理程序对入院患者进行护理评估，找出现存的和潜在的护理理由，针对个体制定出相应的整体护理干预措施，并正确实施。采用焦虑自评量表SAS评估护理干预对患者心理健康状况的影响。结果：护理干预前两组焦虑水平相比差异无统计学作用（P>0.05），护理干预后两组焦虑水平均较护理干预前差异有统计学作用（P<0.05），试验组和对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：正确运用护理程序实施有效的护理干预，能提高前列腺汽化电切术患者应对压力的能力，提高患者对疾病的认知能力，明显减轻患者的焦虑情绪，使患者以最佳的心态接受治疗，提高治疗效果。
