摘 要：现阶段我国进入了制度建设的关键时期，“以人为本”、“建设和谐社会”、“科学发展观”和“可持续发展”的指导思想为各行业、各学科的发展奠定了理论基础，也将为新时期传统武术的发展指明方向。本文的研究目的旨在“与时俱进”地分析出时代对武术的要求，以及分析武术与时代的脱节之处，为传统武术更好发展开拓思路。采用专家访谈法、文献资料法、调查法等研究策略。通过研究发现加强传统武术自身项目挖掘，突出“技击”的根本特性，增强文化教育和传播，扩宽交流渠道和层面，在国家管理部门指导下走拳种独立自主发展之路，大力发展传统武术的商业化开发，有效实施继承与发展战略，明确继承与发展的关系，推动传统武术文化的发展以及与国内文化发展和世界文化的交融才能使传统武术在我国制度建设进程中更加枝繁叶茂、发扬光大。

Research on Development of Martial Arts in Tranormation Period of Chinese Society

Abstract：At present， China is in a critical period of system construction. Guiding ideology of "people-oriented"， "harmonious society construction"， "scientific outlook on development" and "sustainable development" lays theoretical foundation to development of various industries and disciplines， also will indicate orientation for traditional martial arts development in new era. Purpose of this paper is to "keep pace with the times" and analyze requirement of the times to martial arts， as well as disconnection between martial arts and the times， so as to expand ideas for better development of traditional martial arts. Adopting major methods of specialist interview， literature consultation and investigation， this research finds out following measures for development and inheritance of traditional martial arts in the process of our system construction. Strengthening own martial arts project mining. Highlighting fundamental characteristics of “attack skill”. Advancing cultural education and communication. Broadening channel and level of communication. Insisting on independent discipline development under guidance of national management authority. Developing commercial marketing of traditional martial arts. Implementing effectively inheritance and development strategy. Clarifying relationship of inheritance and development. Promoting traditional martial arts development and combination with domestic and world culture.

现阶段随着我国制度建设的深入，“以人为本”、“社会主义和谐社会”、“科学发展观”和“可持续发展”成为了社会发展更加“务实”的一种体现，也成为了各行各业谋求出路、寻求发展的一条金科玉律。武术作为我国民族传统体育的优秀代表项目近些年的探索发展在几经波折之后也难免受其影响。不突破思维，不打破常规，一味循规蹈矩只能使路子越走越窄。传统武术的可持续发展就要求项目本身对当代人更有吸引力，更要以人为本，吸引观众眼球。更要要求项目发展的策略讲方式、策略和策略，才能使武术继往开来，可持续发展。在我国制度建设的大背景下，武术，特别是传统武术的可持续发展已经成为了今后武术良性发展的一个重要话题。
1 武术发展目前状况
我国竞技武术发展初期，以长拳、太极拳、南拳为模板，加以竞技改造、创编，并不断吸收同项群的其他运动形式和动作、技术、策略，加以改造，以顺应竞技体育的一种武术文化形式。它是以武术的文化内涵来表达“世界竞技运动观”的一种表现形式。有了“竞技武术”之后，顺利成章才有了“传统武术”。武术又称国术或武艺。其内容是把踢﹑打﹑摔﹑拿﹑跌﹑击﹑劈﹑刺等动作按照一定规律组成徒手的和器械的各种攻防格斗功夫﹑套路和单势练习。
