[摘要] 临床中药学科是一门新兴的中药学二级学科，阐释其学科内涵、学术外延，探讨学科主要任务，对于推动临床中药学科发展具有重要作用。作为国家中医药管理局第一批建设的重点学科，北京中医药大学临床中药学科十余年来一直致力于临床中药学科的发展与创新，特别是对学科的理论内涵与外延进行了深入探讨。本文着重从学科内涵、外延、研究方向、人才培养体系、研究策略创新、成果转化等诸方面探讨临床中药学科建设与发展的思路，希冀为临床中药学科的健康永续发展提供借鉴与参考。

Experience and thought of building the clinical Chinese pharmacy disciplines

[Abstract] Clinical Chinese pharmacy discipline is a new second discipline of traditional Chinese medicine， how to explain its connotation， denotation， and explore its primary missions are of great significance to promote the development of clinical Chinese pharmacy discipline. As a key discipline in the first batch constructed disciplines of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine， clinical Chinese pharmacy discipline has been given a great concern in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In the past 10 years， the experts and teachers in the university he committed themselves to the development and innovation of clinical Chinese pharmacy discipline， especially to explore deeply the connotation and denotation of the discipline. This essay will explore the opinions about the construction and development of building the clinical Chinese pharmacy discipline in the following aspects： the discipline connotation and denotation， researching directions， the system of cultivating talented person， innovation of research approach， scientific and technological achievements conversion， and so on， which hope to provide the reference to develop the discipline healthily and sustainably.

临床中药学是一门以研究中药基本理论为基础、以研究中药临床合理应用为核心内容的学科，具有医药交叉的学术特点。其主要任务是推动全程化药学服务，实现中药应用的安全、有效、经济与适当性，宗旨是指导临床中药的合理应用。近期，国务院学位办确立了新一轮二级学科目录，临床中药学科作为中药学项下的二级学科继续招收研究生，表明临床中药学科的发展与成熟。作为国家中医药管理局首批重点学科建设单位，北京中医药大学临床中药学科一直致力于学科内涵、外延、重点任务、学科方向等方面的探索与创新，并取得了突出的进展。本文着重从学科内涵、外延、研究方向、人才培养体系、研究策略创新、成果转化等诸方面探讨临床中药学科建设与发展的思路，希冀为临床中药学科的健康永续发展提供借鉴与参考。
1 梳理学科发展脉络，明确学科内涵
明晰临床中药学科的学术核心，确定临床中药学的学术内涵，需要全面分析其形成的历史背景与成长过程。临床中药学是在大中药学科基础上发展起来的中药学二级学科，具有其自身独特的学术特色与科学内涵[1-3]。笔者认为，临床中药学科具备以下三个学术特点：
首先，临床中药学科是一门医药交叉的学科。大中药学科经过分化，根据研究领域的不同，逐渐形成了临床中药学、中药化学、中药药理学、中药鉴定学、中药药剂学等一系列二级学科。同时，随着临床用药理由的大量涌现，病患呼吁安全用药、合理用药，推动了药学服务理念逐步深入，要求临床药师直接面向患者、面向医疗机构、面向整个社会，提供全面的、全方位的药学服务[4-6]。这种临床药学服务需求，同样对实现中药临床合理应用提出了更高的要求，推动了医药交叉学科——临床中药学的建立。在中药学一级学科中，临床中药学处于十分重要的位置，它的研究内容既包括中药基本理论等中药学基础知识，也包括临床合理用药和中药药物警戒等中药临床使用知识；它既为中药研发提供理论和临床支撑，同时更是指导中药临床应用的知识体系。
