简论翻译论儿童文学英汉翻译过程中译者适应与选择库

摘要:赵元任译《阿丽思漫游奇境记》不仅被视为中文译作经典闻名于世,在新文学运动及中国现代文学史上也具有特殊作用。在“五四”新文化运动的社会背景下,赵译本不仅适应了当时社会的白话文学思潮,也巧妙地再现了原作中大量的语言游戏,如双关、押韵、言语误用、头韵之类的修辞。本探讨应用生态翻译学论述的相关观点分析赵译本中有着的译者的适应与选择,进而指出儿童文学英汉翻译生态环境的组成要素,译者如何适应这些要素,及适应了儿童文学翻译生态环境的译者该如何对译文进行选择。通过具体分析赵元任的中译本《阿丽思漫游奇境记》可从看出儿童文学翻译历程是译者适应儿童文学英汉翻译生态环境与优化选择翻译办法得出整合适应度最高译品的历程。儿童文学英汉翻译历程可分为适应与选择两个阶段:在适应阶段,译者需要适应的儿童文学英汉翻译生态环境包括外部翻译生态环境及内部翻译生态环境。其中,外部翻译生态环境主要指译者所处的社会背景,赞助人,目标语读者等因素;内部翻译生态环境主要指译者自身因素,如译者语言能力,个人意识形态,阅读爱好等方面。在选择阶段,译者基于对翻译生态环境的适应主要以语言、文化、交际三维度进行选择,而归化、替代、儿童化的语言可作为主要的翻译对策与办法。在此基础上,本探讨进一步尝试性地以翻译办法及译者两方面总结出儿童文学英汉翻译的一般性指导原则,从期引起探讨者对儿童文学翻译这一特殊文体翻译的重视,并希望对儿童文学英汉翻译实践有所助益。关键词:生态翻译学论文适应与选择论文儿童文学翻译论文翻译历程论文
