摘 要 要提高法学学术研究能力，不可忽视对影响法学学术能力的因素的了解。而在影响法学学术研究能力的诸因素中，研究领域的确定、“问题”意识的养成、学术的占有以及各种知识的储备尤其应引起法学研究者的。
