摘要：教师对学生课堂不足行为的管理一直是课堂管理的主要内容之一。学生的课堂不足行为会对教师课堂教学和学生进展带来很多不利的影响,而如何处理学生的课堂不足行为是一位教师终生要回答的不足之一。尤其是小学英语课堂，小学生的身心进展水平和我国基础教育阶段的英语教育水平决定了小学生在英语课堂上发生不足行为的高频率和广涉及面，故要想提升小学英语课堂的效率，必须找出应对小学生课堂不足行为的行之有效的策略。本探讨以小学生在英语课堂上的常见的13种不足行为作为切入点，通过课堂观察以及访谈，探讨了英语教师应对小学生课堂上常见不足行为的近况，概括了英语教师应对小学生课堂上常见不足行为的策略，总结了目前英语教师在应对小学生课堂不足行为的一些共性特点与不足，如教师经常视具体情况和具体对象来决定其应对策略，一般以快速和不破坏整个课堂教学流程为原则，但受教师个人性格和教学经验影响较大，且缺乏预见性，不能有效预防。探讨者据此给教师提出了一定的教学倡议：在应对小学生课堂不足行为时，预防与处理并重，课堂公平公正与课下平等沟通双管齐下，以不破坏和谐的课堂学习环境为原则，以引导学生参与学习活动为目标。关键词：英语教师论文小学生论文课堂不足行为论文应对策略论文
